Narcotics Arrest

On December 10th, 2017 at 9:00 PM, Tompkins County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 1321 Dryden Road in the Town of Dryden for a drug complaint.  Deputies interviewed Arthur F. Hayes, age 38 of Trumansburg, N.Y. upon arrival.  During the course of the investigation, deputies located marihuana, crack cocaine, heroin and a hypodermic syringe on Hayes. 

Hayes was arrested and charged with Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument (Class A Misdemeanor), two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Class A Misdemeanor) and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana (Violation).  Hayes was issued appearance tickets ordering him to return to the Town of Dryden Court on January 15th, 2018 at 5:00 PM.
