Larceny Arrest

On November 21st, 2017 at about 5:00 PM, deputies responded to the area of 22 Arrowwood Drive in the Village of Lansing for a suspicious incident report. A victim reported observing a male suspect with a face mask inside her parked vehicle.  After confronting the suspect, she reported that he exited and dropped stolen property of hers near the vehicle. The suspect was detained shortly after and identified as CARLETTE CROWE (Age 54 of Varna). 

CROWE was charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 5th Degree.  CROWE was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.  CROWE was later arrested on a violation of parole warrant and transported to the Tompkins County Public Safety Building without bail.

The Village of Cayuga Heights Police Department also assisted in the incident.
