Family Caregiving and the Holidays

The Tompkins County Office for the Aging has two upcoming opportunities for those caring for aging relatives to gather with other family caregivers to discuss caregiving concerns, including coping strategies to keep you sane during the holidays.

For all family caregivers of older adults:
Caregiver Support Group
Thursday, December 20th, 6:30 - 8:00 PM
at Lifelong (119. W. Court St., Ithaca)

For those caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's or other dementia:
Alzheimer's Support Group
Tuesday, December 18, 1:00-2:30
at the Office for the Aging (320 N. Tioga St., Ithaca in basement of County Courthouse)
