Wellness Committee

The TCEWC is a group of employees from various county departments. The committee's mission is to “encourage Tompkins County Employees to reduce their risk of cardiovascular disease [like heart attacks or stroke] and other chronic conditions through regular physical activity, sound nutritional practices, and avoidance of tobacco products.”
