Special Immunization Clinic to be Held to Meet School Deadlines

 
October 19, 2011 (Ithaca, N.Y.) - The deadline for required school immunizations is approaching. To help parents and caregivers meet this requirement, Tompkins County Health Department is holding an evening immunization clinic for school age children on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at its location at 55 Brown Road.

Immunizations are free of charge. Parents are reminded to bring their child’s immunization record with them to the clinic. Call 274-6616 to make an appointment.
